Spa Notice/Policy

  • There is a 4% tax on services and an 8.375% tax on products.
  • Spa Arrival
    we recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment.
  • Cancellation Policy
    Treatments you select are reserved especially for you. We require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for cancellation of services. If you are within this booking time, you are already confirmed for your treatment and the cancellation policy will be in effect. Without this notification you will be billed for each service. A credit card account number is required at the time of booking.
  • All sales are final
  • Loss or Damage
    we regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles. Therefore, please do not take valuables with you, or keep all jewelry and other items in a safe place.
    We accept cash, visa, mastercard, for all service rendered.
  • Gift certificaties are redeemable for spa treatments only. Experiation for gift certificatie is 6 months from the date of purchase.
